Genesis Chapter 1     בְּרֵאשִׁית

א  בְּרֵאשִׁית, בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים, אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם, וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ.	1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. ( The Singularity created heaven and Earth, creation through expansion and contraction )
ב  וְהָאָרֶץ, הָיְתָה תֹהוּ וָבֹהוּ, וְחֹשֶׁךְ, עַל-פְּנֵי תְהוֹם; וְרוּחַ אֱלֹהִים, מְרַחֶפֶת עַל-פְּנֵי הַמָּיִם.	2 Now the earth was unformed and void, ( anything unformed and void would be completely still ) and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the spirit of God hovered over the face of the waters. ( the only existent form in stillness is consciousness )
ג  וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים, יְהִי אוֹר; וַיְהִי-אוֹר.	3 And God said: 'Let there be light.' And there was light. ( The Big Bang )

At the centre of  all things there exists “ stillness ” or ….  Equilibrium; is the consciousness of the universe which is radiated throughout the universe through the mechanism of creation, which is the double torus of expansion and contraction, repeated through infinite and finite levels of octave, or boundary of manifest density. Yet it is a mistake to think that consciousness is limited by these boundaries or octaves.

Consciousness cannot be fractalised in the same way matter can be fractalised, because consciousness is forever inextricably linked to the singularity of the universe as a whole. If you were to remove all the galaxies, all the stars, planets, life forms, atoms and particles from space, there would be only one thing left;  The Universal Consciousness and therefore consciousness is the animator of life.

How does this relate to Universal Non-Time ?

Every 11 years our sun goes trough a cycle, where it changes polarity, north becomes south, south becomes north. Perhaps this is the mechanism by which the sun perpetuates itself; using the energy of expansion and then the energy of contraction, and so on… Until there is not enough energy to perpetuate the cycle, at which point one or other cycle continues, creating instability… to explosion, or super nova

Atoms do this but on a much smaller ( faster ) fractal time scale. On such a small scale it may appear to us that atoms blink in and out of existence, but what may be happening is an extremely rapid shift from expansion to contraction. The contraction side of which, we would see as non-existence, as we have yet to formally conceptualise the mechanism of the collapse.  

If the Universe is fractal in nature, then… Galaxies at some point would shift their polarities, but on a larger ( slower ) fractal time scale.

 If the universe is fractal in nature, then the universe itself would have the same energy dynamic as the sun and shift its polarity, but on an even larger fractal time scale.

If the universe is expanding, as we believe it is, then at some point it would stop expanding and begin contracting; shifting its polarity, following its own law, which is evident in our own sun.

In his presentations Nassim Haramein points out that galaxies and star clusters form themselves along the same geometrical grid as a Tetrahedron, which would then point to the universe as having and identical fractal structure; on a grand scale; as all the of the structures in creation follow this pattern.

( at this juncture I would like to point out “ why ” I earlier referred to Nassim’s work      concerning The I Ching. A myriad of connections of great import and significance have been made by this man. Covering science, philosophy and the spiritual; all of which resound with an undeniable sense of  truth, connection and unity )

( perhaps the most significant of these concepts concerns the positioning of biological resolution on Nassim’s scaling law graph. Placing it at the mid point between the infinitely large and the infinitely small ( which supports the concept of a fractal universe ). Which would suggest that conceptual biological awareness/consciousness is in fact a singularity, emanating a double torus energy field, existing at the centre of The Universe, from which it expanded ( big bang ) and  into which the created universe will collapse or is collapsing )
